Here in Kid City, it is our desire to show the love of Jesus, as well as teach them how to be faithful followers of God for life. We do this by focusing on 3 important elements to their spiritual growth. UP, OUT, AND IN

+ UP (NURSERY- KINDERGARTEN)

 WORSHIPPING GOD

Introduction to God through worship. We all know kids learn through music and they love to move! We will point kids towards worshipping God for who He is while singing and dancing. What better way to learn about Jesus than singing about it!

Revelation 1:8- “I am the Alpha and the Omega”, says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”

+ OUT (1ST-3RD GRADE) 

MISSIONS & OUTREACH

Our church is passionate about missions!

We want to make a difference all over the world.

This class will focus on being the hands and feet of Jesus to kids just like them in other countries.

We will teach kids about giving to the Lord and watch how God will use their gifts to reach other people for Jesus! All money will be given to missionaries who will use it to support the kids in their country.

+ IN (4TH-5TH GRADE)

DISCIPLESHIP & SERVING

What do we want our 4th and 5th graders to grasp before leaving elementary and head off to Middle School? Growing in the Lord and serving Jesus out of love and faithfulness. How will we accomplish this in 2 years? The focus of this class is to encourage their own growth by teach them how to read the Bible for themselves by giving them the tools to learn and grow independently. We will also teach them that a life lived for Jesus is a life that should honor Him. How can we honor Him? By serving those who Jesus loves. We know that Jesus loves everyone! As the kids graduate out of Kid City, they’ll have the opportunity to come back to Kid City (or another area of the church) to serve alongside other believers.

John 15:5- "I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in Him, he is that bears much fruit; for apart from me you can do nothing."
